We have been established since 1989. Our highly experienced team can support your needs in finding the right staff to fill both your short and long term vacancies. Riverside operates an early morning emergency desk to support your unexpected needs which is active from 730 am Monday to Friday, and is able to supply temporary staff across the whole of London.

A little about us..

Jill Wheatcroft,(MSc, RSCN, BSc community children’s nursing) a Lecturer in Children’s Nursing at City University, A1 Assessor, who has gained extensive experience in paediatrics, both in hospital ward and community settings. This experience enables her to teach childcare studies at all levels from novice to degree level. Jill who is a member of the Executive Committee Childcare Sector of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation also has a specialisation in the teaching of Child Protection. Programme Co-ordinator for Cache accredited training.

Heather Wilkinson,Director of Riverside Training Company, is a qualified Nursery Nurse and A1 Assessor, who has gained extensive experience in both home, hospital and group settings, at senior level. Heather leads our assessing team and supports students studying towards their qualification.

Gaby Morris, has many years experience in Human Resources and has exceptional communication skills enabling us to provide a supportive environment to both experienced and inexperienced child-carers. Her areas of expertise include: Creating and using a CV as an effective tool at interview, improving interview technique; negotiating a Contract of Employment; Developing and Projecting a positive attitude and effective negotiation in the workplace.
